Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

All products that are not personalized are shipped the next day

All personalized products are made and shipped in 1-3 work days

After production, your order is shipped and delivered to your doorstep.
Delivery time for standard shipping is 10-14 days. This does not include production time.

Delivery time for express shipping is 3-7 days. This does not include the production time.

For fastest delivery we suggest payment with credit card or paypal.

How can I track my package?

When your order is shipped you receive the tracking number on your e-mail or sms message.

How can I speed up my order?

For faster production select Priority production in checkout.
For faster shipping select express shipping in checkout.

How can I change my address for delivery?

Please email us right away and if it is not shipped yet we can still change it.

What is your refund policy?

Non-personalized products
If you are not happy with the product you can send it to us in 14 days after receiving it, we will refund you no questions asked. Contact us and we will send you the instructions for returning your product.

Personalized products
As product is personalised with your info we do not offer refunds and take returns. However, if there was a mistake on our side, we are happy to resend you a new product.

Can I cancel my order?

Quick! Email us right away.

For non-personalized products
You can cancel your order without a reason and anytime within 14 days of purchasse.

For personalized products
You can cancel your order in two hours after making your order. Don’t forget to send us the order number.

Photo specific questions

Do I need to edit my photos before making an order?

No, we have a team of designers that takes care of background removal. Please make sure that you upload high quality pictures.

Is my picture good enough?

The better the picture, the better the end result will be.

The image should be bright enough, but avoid pictures where the sun is behind the person. Make sure it contains the whole face and ears, and that nothing is blocking the face.

The pictures that work the best are the ones that were taken by eye height.
